Can I book an appointment with you even if you don’t take my insurance?

Of course - you can pay the out-of-pocket cost. We will then send you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to get reimbursed.

What makes your practice different?

You’ll receive 1-on-1 care with a licensed physical therapist for every session; no techs, no handoffs. Treatment plans are individualized, progress-driven, and focused on getting you back to what you love as efficiently and safely as possible.

What is rehab coaching, who is it for, and how does it work?

Rehab coaching is an appropriate option for individuals who are out of state or unable to attend in-person visits. A comprehensive virtual assessment is conducted to evaluate movement quality, functional capacity, and objective measures. This assessment provides valuable insight into your body’s health and capabilities, allowing us to design a personalized exercise program with targeted interventions aligned with the patient’s specific impairments, needs, and functional goals.

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?

In many cases, you can begin physical therapy without a referral depending on your state’s direct access laws. Massachusetts allows for direct access to physical therapy, which means, most insurance’s allow you to begin PT without having to see a doctor for a referral.

Some insurance plans, such as Medicare, however, still require one. Our team can help you determine what applies to you.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes! HSA and FSA cards are accepted for physical therapy services.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available in both the front and back parking lots of the gym.
