You’ll receive 1-on-1 care with a licensed physical therapist for every session; no techs, no handoffs. Treatment plans are individualized, progress-driven, and focused on getting you back to what you love as efficiently and safely as possible.
Rehab coaching is an appropriate option for individuals who are out of state or unable to attend in-person visits. A comprehensive virtual assessment is conducted to evaluate movement quality, functional capacity, and objective measures. This assessment provides valuable insight into your body’s health and capabilities, allowing us to design a personalized exercise program with targeted interventions aligned with the patient’s specific impairments, needs, and functional goals.
In many cases, you can begin physical therapy without a referral depending on your state’s direct access laws. Massachusetts allows for direct access to physical therapy, which means, most insurance’s allow you to begin PT without having to see a doctor for a referral.
Some insurance plans, such as Medicare, however, still require one. Our team can help you determine what applies to you.
