Carly has worked as a physical therapist in Boston for over 7 years. She combines her many disciplines to prescribe individualized programs to her patients, based on their limitations, needs and goals. She performs a combination of manual therapy interventions to provide pain relief. She collaborates her skills and continued education to promote healthy and fulfilled aging, facilitating her patients to achieve their optimal functional abilities.
She incorporates overall health, wellness, and clinical care into her treatment plans to enhance overall quality of life, in addition to returning to sport activities to improve human performance. Strength and Sports PT was founded from a passion to promote movement in the rehab world.
Carly has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, including CrossFit Semifinals and Games athletes, collegiate athletes, professional baseball organizations, HYROX competitors, marathoners, weightlifters, golfers, tennis and pickleball players, yogis, cyclists and spin athletes, as well as jiu-jitsu practitioners, gymnasts, and swimmers.
